Description

Designed for a town in the Argentine pampas, the building exterior reflects the earthen colours of stone from the local quarry: brick beige, sand, dark gold and silver. The surrounding curtain wall has been designed under a sustainable approach, with a glazed inclination throughout the perimeter to reduce sun reflection. The ground floor is a public space where people can circulate freely and open events can be held; the upper floors are left for the firm's private operations. All floors interconnect through a central atrium that varies in size and shape, with internal staircases between them (better to walk than take the lift), under a glazed roof for natural light.
